JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Packing Helper
The Packing Helper is responsible for packing finished chocolate products according to company standards. Duties include arranging products into cartons, checking packaging quality, sealing boxes, applying labels, preparing products for storage and dispatch, maintaining cleanliness in the packing area, assisting supervisors whenever required, and ensuring that all products are packed carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
Production Helper
Production Helpers support the daily manufacturing process by preparing raw materials, transporting ingredients, assisting machine operators, loading and unloading production materials, monitoring production flow, cleaning equipment when required, following supervisor instructions, maintaining hygiene throughout the production process, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently while meeting company standards.
Quality Checker
Quality Checkers play an important role in maintaining product excellence. Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, monitoring production quality, examining finished chocolate products, identifying defects or irregularities, recording inspection results, reporting quality concerns to supervisors, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and helping maintain customer satisfaction through consistent product quality.
Storekeeper
Storekeepers manage warehouse operations by receiving deliveries, inspecting incoming goods, organizing inventory, maintaining stock records, issuing materials to production departments, monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, preparing warehouse reports, ensuring proper storage conditions, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment that supports efficient production.
Cleaner
Cleaners maintain a hygienic and safe workplace by cleaning production areas, offices, warehouses, staff facilities, washrooms, corridors, cafeterias, and other company premises. Duties also include collecting waste, disposing of materials according to company procedures, sanitizing work areas, supporting food safety compliance, and helping maintain a clean environment for employees and visitors.
SALARY PACKAGE
Packing Helper – AED 1,800 per month
Production Helper – AED 2,000 per month
Quality Checker – AED 2,400 per month
Storekeeper – AED 2,700 per month
Cleaner – AED 1,600 per month
Additional overtime compensation may be provided depending on operational requirements and company policy.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Candidates should possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage but is not mandatory for helper positions.
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic communication skills in English are preferred.
Applicants should be willing to follow company policies, hygiene regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
Immediate joiners will receive preference during the selection process.
WORKING HOURS
Working hours are based on company operational requirements and UAE Labour Law.
Overtime may be available depending on production schedules.
Employees are expected to maintain punctuality and attendance throughout their employment.
