CURRENT VACANCIES
Restaurant Manager
Monthly Salary AED 9,500
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all daily restaurant operations, supervise department staff, manage customer satisfaction, ensure operational efficiency, monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, maintain service quality standards, prepare business reports, and lead the restaurant toward achieving operational excellence.
Pastry and Bakery Cook
Monthly Salary AED 5,000
Responsible for preparing cakes, pastries, desserts, breads, and bakery products while maintaining excellent presentation, freshness, food safety, and consistency according to company standards.
Line Cook
Monthly Salary AED 4,500
Responsible for preparing menu items, ensuring food quality, following recipes accurately, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, monitoring food storage, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
Cashier
Monthly Salary AED 3,500
Responsible for processing customer payments accurately, handling cash transactions, operating the point of sale system, issuing receipts, balancing daily cash reports, and providing friendly customer service.
Commis Chef
Monthly Salary AED 3,200
Assist senior chefs with food preparation, ingredient organization, kitchen cleaning, food presentation, stock management, and maintaining hygiene standards throughout kitchen operations.
Waiter and Waitress
Monthly Salary AED 3,000
Welcome guests professionally, explain menu selections, recommend food and beverages, take customer orders accurately, serve meals efficiently, respond to customer requests, and ensure complete guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Barista
Monthly Salary AED 3,000
Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, specialty beverages, smoothies, and other drinks while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, speed of service, and excellent customer interaction.
Food and Beverage Assistant
Monthly Salary AED 2,870
Support restaurant operations by assisting servers, arranging dining tables, replenishing supplies, preparing dining areas, coordinating food delivery, and ensuring smooth restaurant service.
Kitchen Helper
Monthly Salary AED 2,850
Assist chefs with ingredient preparation, vegetable washing, food storage, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, waste disposal, and maintaining sanitation procedures throughout the kitchen.
Housekeeping Attendant
Monthly Salary AED 2,400
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, offices, washrooms, staff rooms, corridors, and other restaurant facilities while following company hygiene standards.
Cleaner
Monthly Salary AED 2,000
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing work areas, waste management, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and employees.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality establishments is preferred but not mandatory for selected positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Customer service oriented personality.
Ability to follow company procedures and operational standards.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
