Job Description
Salesmen will assist customers by helping them locate products, explaining product features when necessary, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, replenishing stock on shelves, checking product quality, and ensuring that the shopping area remains clean and organized.
Cashiers will be responsible for processing customer purchases accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, issuing receipts, balancing cash registers at the end of each shift, and delivering courteous and efficient customer service.
Customer Care Representatives and Promoters will greet customers, answer questions regarding products and promotions, assist shoppers with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and contribute to creating a positive shopping experience.
Checker / Pickers will receive and verify merchandise, organize inventory, prepare customer orders, monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, and ensure that products are packed and dispatched accurately.
Security Guards will help maintain the safety and security of customers, staff, company assets, and premises. Duties include monitoring entrances and exits, conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, preventing unauthorized activities, and reporting security concerns to management.
Eligibility Requirements
Male applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
Female applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
Applicants should be physically fit, medically fit, and willing to perform assigned duties efficiently. Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to work individually as well as within a team. Previous experience in supermarkets, retail stores, warehouses, customer service, or security will be considered an advantage, although fresh applicants who demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow company rules and procedures, maintain professional behavior, and provide excellent service to customers at all times.
Working Schedule
Working Hours: 10 hours per day.
Working Days: 26 days per month.
Weekly rest days and overtime, where applicable, will be provided in accordance with company policy and operational requirements.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: QAR 1,400 depending on the position offered.
