JOB POSITION
Food Production Worker / Packing Operator
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidates will assist with daily food production and packaging activities inside the factory. Employees will work as part of the production team and follow company procedures related to food production, packaging, hygiene, safety, and quality control.
Main responsibilities include assisting with sausage production, preparing food products for packaging, operating or assisting with basic production equipment, packing finished products, labeling and arranging packaged food products, checking product quality, maintaining cleanliness in the production area, and supporting other daily factory operations as assigned by supervisors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with sausage and food production processes
Prepare raw materials and food products for production
Pack and package finished sausage and food products
Check packaging, labels, product appearance, and general quality
Sort and arrange finished products according to production requirements
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace
Follow food safety and factory hygiene procedures
Follow workplace health and safety regulations
Assist production supervisors and team members with daily tasks
Complete assigned production duties according to the factory schedule
Maintain proper handling and storage of food products
Report production or packaging problems to the supervisor
Work cooperatively with other employees and production teams
REQUIREMENTS
Previous food factory experience is an advantage but not mandatory
No previous experience required for suitable entry-level applicants
Training will be provided according to company requirements
Applicants should be responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn
Applicants must be able to work in a factory and food production environment
Applicants should be able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
Ability to work as part of a team is important
Applicants should be willing to work according to the assigned working schedule
Applicants may be required to work overtime depending on production requirements
