Royal Biscuits Company is currently looking for hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and motivated candidates to join its growing production, food manufacturing, packaging, quality control, store, and warehouse operations in Dubai and Sharjah.

This recruitment opportunity is suitable for candidates who are currently inside the United Arab Emirates and are looking for employment in a factory, food production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

Candidates with previous experience in food factories, biscuit production, packaging, warehouse operations, machine operation, quality control, store management, or general factory work are encouraged to apply. Candidates without previous experience may also be considered for suitable entry level positions depending on the requirements of each department.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Production Worker

Salary AED 2,000 per month

Production Workers will assist the production team with daily factory activities. Responsibilities may include preparing production materials, assisting with production processes, maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, moving materials when required, following instructions from supervisors, and ensuring that daily production activities are completed efficiently.

Candidates for this position should be physically fit, hardworking, attentive, and willing to work in a busy food production environment.

Packing Helper

Salary AED 1,800 per month

Packing Helpers will support the packaging department with daily packing operations. Duties may include preparing packaging materials, packing finished products, arranging products, checking packages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting other workers when necessary.

Candidates should be able to work efficiently while following company hygiene, safety, and production procedures.

Biscuit Packer

Salary AED 1,900 per month

Biscuit Packers will assist with the packing and preparation of finished biscuit products for storage and distribution. Responsibilities may include checking product condition, arranging biscuits and packages correctly, preparing boxes, maintaining the cleanliness of the packing area, and following food handling and hygiene procedures.

Previous experience in food packaging or factory work may be an advantage.

Machine Operator

Salary AED 2,500 per month

Machine Operators will assist in operating and monitoring production machinery used during the manufacturing process. Duties may include preparing machines for production, monitoring machine performance, checking production output, maintaining basic workplace cleanliness, following operating instructions, and reporting machine problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.

Candidates with previous machine operation or factory production experience are encouraged to apply.

Quality Checker

Salary AED 2,200 per month

Quality Checkers will assist the quality control team in checking finished products and packaging. Responsibilities may include inspecting products for visible defects, checking packaging condition, identifying damaged or incorrectly packed products, following quality standards, and reporting problems to the relevant supervisor.

Applicants should have good attention to detail and be able to follow quality and food safety procedures carefully.

Store Helper

Salary AED 2,000 per month

Store Helpers will support daily store and inventory activities. Responsibilities may include receiving materials, arranging products, organizing storage areas, moving goods, preparing materials for production, maintaining stock organization, and assisting supervisors with general store duties.

Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods when required.

Warehouse Assistant

Salary AED 2,100 per month

Warehouse Assistants will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving goods, organizing stock, preparing products for dispatch, loading and unloading materials, maintaining storage areas, assisting with stock movement, and following warehouse safety procedures.

Previous warehouse, logistics, packing, or inventory experience will be considered an advantage.

Warehouse and store employees will be responsible for keeping products and materials organized and supporting the smooth movement of goods.

Machine Operators will be expected to follow machine operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Quality Checkers will be responsible for maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards.

All employees are expected to maintain professional conduct, cooperate with colleagues, follow supervisor instructions, and complete their assigned responsibilities on time.
