Position Available
Perfume Packing Assistant
The Perfume Packing Assistant will play an important role in ensuring that all perfume products are packed carefully, inspected thoroughly, labeled accurately, and prepared for distribution according to the company’s quality standards. Employees will work closely with supervisors and production teams to ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining excellent product quality.
Salary Package
The selected candidates will receive a basic monthly salary of AED 1,000.
In addition to the basic salary, employees will have the opportunity to earn overtime pay whenever additional working hours are required. Overtime compensation will be calculated according to company policy and the applicable UAE Labour Law.
Employees who consistently demonstrate excellent attendance, outstanding work performance, positive behavior, and commitment to company standards may also become eligible for future salary increases, promotions, or performance-based incentives.
Working Schedule
The standard working schedule consists of 8 working hours per day.
Employees may be required to work overtime during periods of increased production or seasonal demand. Overtime work is completely compensated according to company regulations.
Weekly rest days and official public holidays will be provided in accordance with UAE labour regulations and company operational requirements.
Employment Contract
The employment contract will be valid for 2 years.
Upon successful completion of the initial contract, employees who maintain satisfactory performance, good attendance, and professional conduct may be offered contract renewal or additional career advancement opportunities within the company.
Accommodation
The company provides free accommodation for all eligible employees.

Visa
Selected candidates will receive an Employment Visa sponsored by the company.

Age Requirement
Applicants should be between 21 and 30 years of age.
Candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing duties that involve standing, walking, lifting light materials, and carrying out repetitive packing tasks throughout the working day.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for packing perfume bottles and related products according to company standards.
Daily responsibilities may include inspecting perfume bottles before packaging, checking labels for accuracy, preparing cartons and packaging materials, sealing finished products securely, arranging packaged products for storage or shipment, maintaining cleanliness within the production area, organizing packing materials, assisting supervisors during inventory checks, reporting damaged products or packaging materials, following all workplace safety procedures, and supporting production teams whenever additional assistance is required.
Employees must ensure that all products meet quality standards before leaving the packaging department.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency are essential qualities for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in factory work, packaging, warehouse operations, production, logistics, or manufacturing is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Candidates without previous experience are encouraged to apply, as the company may provide on-the-job training for suitable applicants.
Applicants should possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to follow instructions carefully, and commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
Basic communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively within a team are highly valued.
