KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receptionist
Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures, manage reservations, answer inquiries, provide information about hotel facilities, maintain guest records, and ensure professional service throughout each guest’s stay.
Room Attendant
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, replace linens and towels, replenish amenities, inspect rooms, report maintenance issues, and maintain excellent hygiene standards.
Bellboy
Assist guests with luggage, escort them to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, arrange transportation when required, and provide prompt assistance throughout their stay.
Guest Relations Officer
Maintain high guest satisfaction by handling requests, resolving concerns professionally, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring hotel service standards are consistently maintained.
Concierge
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, shopping, tourist attractions, entertainment, local activities, and other travel arrangements.
Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie
Manage assigned kitchen sections, prepare dishes according to established standards, maintain food quality and presentation, follow food safety procedures, and support junior kitchen staff.
Commis Chef
Assist senior chefs with food preparation, ingredient organization, cooking tasks, kitchen cleanliness, inventory management, and daily kitchen operations.
Waiter / Waitress
Provide professional food and beverage service, take orders accurately, serve meals and beverages, respond to guest requests, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Food Runner
Deliver food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, verify orders and presentation, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Barista / Bartender
Prepare coffee, beverages, mocktails, and cocktails where applicable. Maintain a clean beverage station, monitor supplies, and provide friendly and professional customer service.
Host / Hostess
Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, maintain waiting lists, coordinate with service staff, and create a positive first impression.
Lifeguard
Monitor swimming pool activities, enforce safety regulations, respond to emergencies, perform rescue procedures when required, and provide first aid within the scope of certification.
Security Guard
Protect guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property by monitoring access points, conducting patrols, observing surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and following established security procedures.
Valet Parking Attendant
Receive and return guest vehicles professionally, park vehicles safely, maintain parking records, inspect vehicles as required, and provide efficient customer service.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
– High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
– Hospitality, tourism, restaurant, or customer service experience is an advantage.
– Relevant vocational training or professional certifications may be beneficial.
– Basic English communication skills required for most positions.
– Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, or other international languages are an advantage.
– Professional attitude, honesty, integrity, and reliability.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
– Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime when required.
