KIWI FRUIT PACKER

SALARY

 

Monthly Salary: SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200

 

Potential Gross Salary: SGD 3,500 or more per month

AVAILABLE BENEFITS

 

Employees may receive an attendance bonus of SGD 200 based on the applicable attendance requirements.

 

Meal allowance of SGD 10 per working day may be provided according to the employment terms.

 

A fixed allowance of SGD 400 is also included as part of the stated employment package.

 

Training will be provided to help new employees understand the packing process, workplace procedures, product handling requirements, and quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Kiwi Fruit Packers will work as part of a team responsible for preparing kiwi fruits for storage, distribution, and shipment.

 

Daily duties may include sorting kiwi fruits according to size, appearance, and quality standards.

 

Workers will carefully pack kiwi fruits into designated packaging according to company procedures.

 

Employees may also be responsible for placing and checking product labels to ensure that the correct information is displayed.

 

Quality checking is an important part of the position. Workers are expected to identify damaged, unsuitable, or poor quality fruits and separate them according to workplace instructions.

 

The position may also involve preparing packed products for transportation and maintaining an organised and clean packing area.

 

Employees must follow instructions from supervisors and comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Sort kiwi fruits according to the required quality standards.

 

Pack kiwi fruits carefully and efficiently.

 

Check fruits for visible damage or quality issues.

 

Label packed products correctly.

 

Prepare finished products for storage or distribution.

 

Keep the working area clean and organised.

 

Follow instructions provided by supervisors and team leaders.

 

Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
