KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected Kitchen Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned kitchen and washing areas.
Duties may include washing dishes, plates, glasses, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and other kitchen equipment used during daily operations.
The candidate will be required to ensure that all cleaned items are properly arranged, stored, and ready for use when needed.
Maintaining clean and organized washing stations, kitchen floors, work areas, storage areas, and other assigned sections will be an important part of the daily responsibilities.
The Kitchen Steward may also be responsible for assisting with the proper collection, handling, and disposal of waste in accordance with workplace procedures.
Candidates will be expected to follow hygiene and sanitation requirements and ensure that cleaning duties are completed according to the standards established by the employer.
The successful applicant must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and other members of the team.
Additional duties may be assigned depending on the daily requirements and operational needs of the workplace.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Applicants should have at least two years of relevant experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar kitchen support position.
