Job Summary

 

The Perfume Packing and Sorting Worker will be responsible for supporting daily production activities by packing, sorting, labeling, inspecting, and preparing perfume products for storage and shipment. Employees will work closely with supervisors, warehouse staff, and quality control personnel to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and workplace safety.

 

This position requires careful attention to detail, consistency, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment. Every employee is expected to contribute positively to maintaining productivity while ensuring all perfume products meet company quality standards before leaving the factory.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

The selected candidates will perform a wide range of daily production and packaging tasks including packing perfume bottles, perfume gift boxes, fragrance collections, and promotional products according to company guidelines. Employees will sort products based on fragrance type, bottle size, packaging design, and production batch numbers. They will inspect bottles, caps, pumps, labels, cartons, and packaging materials for defects before use.

 

Additional responsibilities include placing products into protective packaging, sealing cartons securely, attaching product labels and barcodes accurately, arranging completed cartons onto pallets, preparing products for warehouse storage or customer shipment, recording production quantities when required, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the packing area, assisting with stock movement inside the warehouse, identifying damaged or defective products, reporting production issues to supervisors, following quality control procedures, observing workplace safety regulations, and completing any additional production-related duties assigned by management.

 

Employees may also assist other departments during periods of high production demand to ensure customer orders are completed on schedule.

Experience Requirements

 

Both freshers and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply.

 

Previous experience in perfume manufacturing, cosmetics production, pharmaceutical packaging, warehouse operations, logistics, factory production, assembly line work, food packaging, retail stock handling, or similar manufacturing environments will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
