JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

School Teacher

 

Responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons, developing teaching materials, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, supporting student development, attending staff meetings, participating in school activities, and maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues.

 

Accountant

 

Responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, preparing financial reports, assisting with payroll, monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring that financial procedures are properly followed.

 

Assistant Teacher

 

Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation, student supervision, teaching materials, assignments, classroom organization, and daily learning activities. Candidates should be patient, responsible, and able to work effectively with students.

 

Receptionist

 

Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. Duties include answering calls, responding to emails, welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing administrative assistance.

 

School Driver

 

Safely transport students and staff according to assigned routes and schedules. Drivers are responsible for maintaining vehicle cleanliness, conducting basic vehicle checks, following UAE traffic regulations, and prioritizing passenger safety at all times.

 

Bus Attendant

 

Assist students when boarding and leaving the school bus, supervise students during transportation, maintain order and safety inside the vehicle, assist younger students when required, and report transportation-related concerns to the driver or school management.

 

General Cleaner

 

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout classrooms, offices, libraries, laboratories, cafeterias, washrooms, sports areas, and common facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning floors and surfaces, sanitizing facilities, removing waste, and maintaining a safe and hygienic school environment.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 

– Educational qualifications appropriate to the position, such as High School Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.

– Good written and spoken English communication skills.

– Previous experience preferred for teaching, accounting, and administrative positions.

– Selected entry-level positions may be suitable for fresh graduates.

– Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.

– Honest, reliable, responsible, professional, and willing to learn.

– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
