Main Job Responsibilities

 

Assist with daily ice cream production, processing, and packaging activities according to company procedures.

Assist with preparing raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, containers, labels, and other supplies required for production.

 

Handle food products carefully and follow established procedures to maintain product quality.

 

Operate basic production machinery and equipment after receiving appropriate training.

 

Monitor production lines and report equipment problems, production delays, or unusual operating conditions to supervisors.

 

Perform packaging activities efficiently and accurately according to production requirements.

 

Pack finished ice cream products into appropriate containers, cartons, boxes, or other approved packaging materials.

 

Apply labels, stickers, product information, production dates, and other required information accurately.

 

Check packaged products to ensure that packaging is properly sealed, clean, undamaged, and correctly labeled.

 

Conduct basic visual quality inspections of finished products.

 

Identify damaged, defective, incorrectly packaged, or non compliant products and immediately report them to the appropriate supervisor.

 

Ensure products are handled according to food safety and quality control procedures.

 

Maintain proper hygiene throughout the production and packaging process.

 

Clean and sanitize assigned work areas, production equipment, tools, tables, floors, and other designated areas.

 

Follow company requirements regarding personal hygiene, protective clothing, hand washing, sanitation, and food handling.

 

Assist with moving raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and other production supplies within the facility.

 

Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.

 

Organize stock and maintain proper storage arrangements in designated areas.

 

Support warehouse and inventory activities when required by the production supervisor.

 

Help monitor production materials and report shortages to the responsible team member.

 

Complete basic production records, checklists, and documentation accurately.

 

Follow daily production schedules and work toward assigned production targets.

 

Work closely with supervisors, production operators, quality control staff, warehouse personnel, and other team members.
