Airport ground handling is an essential part of daily airport operations. Employees in this department work together to support passengers, aircraft, baggage movement, loading operations, and airport equipment.
Successful candidates may be assigned to different areas depending on their qualifications, previous experience, operational requirements, and available vacancies.
Available Positions Include:
Passenger Service Agent
Baggage Handler
Ramp Agent
Load Controller
Equipment Operator
Passenger Service Agents assist travelers with airport procedures, check-in services, boarding arrangements, flight information, and general customer support.
Baggage Handlers support the movement, sorting, loading, and unloading of passenger baggage while following airport safety and operational procedures.
