DIRECT HIRING – GYM STAFF

A leading fitness and wellness company in the UAE is currently hiring motivated, hardworking, and responsible individuals to join its growing team.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
RECEPTIONIST
Salary: AED 2,500/month
Responsibilities:
– Welcome members and visitors professionally
– Handle calls and customer inquiries
– Assist with memberships and registrations
– Manage bookings and appointments
– Process renewals and maintain records
– Handle basic customer concerns
– Prepare reports and administrative tasks
– Maintain an organized reception area
HELPER
Salary: AED 1,500/month
Responsibilities:
– Assist with daily gym operations
– Arrange and move equipment when required
– Receive and organize supplies
– Support maintenance activities
– Maintain storage areas
– Assist with events and facility setup
– Follow health and safety procedures
– Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
CLEANER
Salary: AED 1,600/month
Responsibilities:
– Clean and sanitize gym equipment
– Maintain workout areas and studios
– Clean locker rooms, showers, and restrooms
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
– Collect and dispose of waste
– Refill cleaning and hygiene supplies
– Report maintenance issues
– Follow daily cleaning schedules
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Must currently be residing in the UAE
– Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
– All nationalities may apply
– Basic English is preferred
– Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory
– Responsible, punctual, honest, and hardworking
– Good teamwork and communication skills
– Positive attitude and professional appearance
– Physically fit and able to perform assigned duties
– Immediate joiners are preferred

WORKING HOURS
