ABOUT THE POSITION

 

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day to day activities at the assigned construction site. The successful candidate will work closely with workers, contractors, site personnel, and management to ensure that construction activities are organized and completed efficiently.

 

The position requires a responsible individual who can provide clear instructions, coordinate workers, monitor progress, identify operational problems, and communicate important information to the management team.

 

The Site Supervisor should also be capable of maintaining discipline and productivity at the worksite while ensuring that workers follow company policies, project requirements, and applicable workplace safety procedures.

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure that assigned work is carried out according to the project schedule.

 

Coordinate workers and distribute daily tasks according to project requirements and priorities.

 

Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide regular updates to management.

 

Ensure that workers understand their assigned duties and complete tasks correctly and efficiently.

 

Coordinate with contractors, workers, technicians, and other site personnel when required.

 

Monitor the quality of work being completed at the construction site.

 

Identify delays, operational problems, material requirements, and other issues that may affect project progress.

 

Report important site issues and daily developments to the appropriate management personnel.

 

Ensure that workers follow established company procedures and construction site rules.

 

Promote a safe and organized working environment throughout the assigned site.

 

Monitor worker attendance and workforce requirements.

 

Assist in planning daily site activities and coordinating manpower requirements.

 

Ensure that construction materials, tools, and equipment are used appropriately.

 

Help maintain proper organization of work areas and construction materials.

 

Coordinate with management regarding project requirements, manpower, materials, and daily activities.

 

Assist with resolving routine site related problems and operational issues.

 

Monitor work completion and ensure that assigned activities are completed within the required timeframe.

 

Maintain professional communication with workers, contractors, and management.

 

Support the company in achieving project targets, productivity requirements, quality standards, and scheduled deadlines.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 

Applicants should have relevant experience in construction, site supervision, site coordination, project operations, or a related field.

 

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Coordinator, Foreman, Construction Supervisor, or similar position will be considered an advantage.

 

Candidates should have good leadership and communication skills.

Candidates should be responsible, reliable, punctual, disciplined, and committed to their assigned duties.
