HOTEL STAFF REQUIRED IN UAE – IMMEDIATE HIRING
HOTEL JOB VACANCIES IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
A hotel in the United Arab Emirates is currently looking for hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and motivated candidates to join its hospitality team. Several positions are available for candidates who are currently inside the UAE and are actively looking for new employment opportunities.
This recruitment is suitable for candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, housekeeping, food service, kitchen operations, customer service, or driving. Candidates without extensive experience may also contact the recruitment team to ask about the available positions and requirements.

AVAILABLE HOTEL POSITIONS
1. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Salary: AED 1,800–2,500 per month
Housekeeping staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout assigned hotel areas. Duties may include cleaning guest rooms, making beds, changing bed sheets and towels, replenishing room amenities, cleaning bathrooms, organizing housekeeping supplies, and ensuring that rooms are properly prepared for hotel guests.
Housekeeping employees may also be required to report damaged equipment, missing items, or maintenance problems to the appropriate department. Candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work according to hotel schedules.
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage.
2. KITCHEN HELPER
Salary: AED 1,500–2,300 per month
Kitchen Helpers will assist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Typical duties may include washing and preparing ingredients, cutting vegetables and other food items, assisting with basic food preparation, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, cleaning work surfaces, organizing kitchen supplies, removing waste, and maintaining proper kitchen hygiene.
Candidates should be willing to work in a busy kitchen environment and follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering company, or commercial kitchen is an advantage.
3. WAITER / WAITRESS
Salary: AED 2,000–3,000 per month
Waiters and Waitresses will assist hotel guests and customers with food and beverage services. Responsibilities may include welcoming guests, preparing tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, responding to customer requests, and providing professional customer service.
Candidates should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, professional behavior, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
Experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, catering company, or food and beverage department is preferred but interested candidates may contact the recruitment team for more information.
4. HOTEL DRIVER
Salary: AED 2,500–3,500 per month
Hotel Drivers may be responsible for transporting hotel guests, employees, documents, supplies, or other authorized items according to hotel requirements.
Duties may include operating hotel vehicles safely, collecting and dropping off guests or staff, checking vehicle condition, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, following assigned schedules, assisting with transportation requirements, and complying with UAE road and traffic regulations.
Candidates applying for the driver position should have the appropriate driving license and relevant driving experience where required.
Professional appearance, safe driving habits, punctuality, and good communication skills are important for this position.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Successful candidates will be expected to maintain professional behavior and follow hotel policies and procedures.
Hotel employees may work in different departments and may be required to coordinate with supervisors, managers, coworkers, guests, and other hotel departments.
Employees should maintain good personal hygiene, professional appearance, punctuality, and respectful communication while performing their duties.
Depending on the position, employees may work morning, afternoon, evening, night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
