Grand Horizon Hotel is currently recruiting motivated, hardworking, reliable, and responsible candidates to join its hospitality team in the United Arab Emirates.
This recruitment campaign is open to candidates with relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, housekeeping, food and beverage service, customer service, kitchen operations, storekeeping, inventory management, and delivery services.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
WAITER OR WAITRESS
Salary AED 1,800 to AED 2,200 per month
The Waiter or Waitress will be responsible for providing professional and friendly service to hotel guests and customers.
Daily responsibilities may include welcoming guests, preparing tables, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, checking customer satisfaction, responding to guest requests, maintaining dining areas, clearing tables, and supporting the restaurant service team.
Candidates should have good communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, catering company, or similar environment is preferred.
The successful candidate should be polite, attentive, professional, well presented, and able to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.
KITCHEN HELPER
Salary AED 1,500 to AED 1,800 per month
The Kitchen Helper will provide support to the kitchen team and assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities may include preparing ingredients, washing and cutting vegetables, assisting cooks, cleaning kitchen equipment, washing utensils, organizing ingredients and supplies, maintaining clean work areas, disposing of waste correctly, and following food safety and hygiene requirements.
Candidates should be hardworking, physically fit, dependable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions from chefs and supervisors.
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn may also be considered.
COOK
Salary AED 2,200 to AED 2,800 per month
The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food while maintaining consistent quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities may include preparing ingredients, cooking meals according to established recipes and procedures, checking food quality, controlling portion sizes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organizing food supplies, monitoring cooking equipment, and following food safety requirements.
Candidates should have previous cooking experience and a good understanding of kitchen operations.
Experience in a hotel, restaurant, catering company, or commercial kitchen is preferred.
The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple food preparation tasks, and cooperate with other members of the kitchen team.
CLEANER
Salary AED 1,200 to AED 1,500 per month
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and general appearance in assigned hotel areas.
Responsibilities may include cleaning public areas, corridors, facilities, staff areas, workspaces, and other designated locations.
The employee will be expected to use cleaning products and equipment correctly, maintain appropriate hygiene standards, report maintenance or cleanliness issues, and ensure assigned areas remain clean and presentable.
Candidates should be hardworking, reliable, physically fit, detail oriented, and willing to follow hotel cleaning and safety procedures.
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, office, or commercial cleaning experience is an advantage.
CASHIER
Salary AED 1,700 to AED 2,000 per month
The Cashier will assist with daily payment and customer service operations.
Responsibilities may include processing cash and card payments, operating the cashier system, issuing receipts, checking payment information, maintaining accurate transaction records, assisting customers with payment related questions, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
Candidates should have good numerical skills, attention to detail, honesty, reliability, and good communication abilities.
Previous cashier, retail, restaurant, café, hotel, or customer service experience is preferred.
STOREKEEPER
Salary AED 1,800 to AED 2,200 per month
The Storekeeper will assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and monitoring hotel supplies and inventory.
Responsibilities may include receiving deliveries, checking quantities and product conditions, arranging stock in designated storage areas, recording incoming and outgoing items, monitoring stock levels, assisting with regular inventory counts, maintaining organized storage areas, and informing supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Candidates with previous experience in storekeeping, inventory control, warehouse operations, hotel supply, or logistics are preferred.
The successful candidate should be organized, responsible, detail oriented, and able to maintain accurate stock records.
BARISTA
Salary AED 1,600 to AED 1,900 per month
The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee, beverages, and other drinks while providing professional customer service.
Responsibilities may include taking customer orders, preparing beverages according to company standards, operating beverage equipment, maintaining the coffee and beverage station, cleaning equipment, checking supplies, restocking ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Previous experience as a Barista, Café Staff, Restaurant Staff, or Beverage Service Worker is preferred.
Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and an interest in providing excellent customer service.
DELIVERY DRIVER
Salary AED 1,800 to AED 2,200 per month
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting food, supplies, documents, or other assigned items safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities may include collecting delivery items, checking delivery information, transporting items to the correct destination, communicating with customers and hotel staff, completing deliveries within the required time, maintaining the assigned vehicle, and following UAE road and traffic regulations.
Candidates should have previous driving or delivery experience and demonstrate responsible driving behavior.
A valid driving licence and other applicable requirements may be required depending on the assigned duties and company policy.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with one to two years of relevant experience are preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, food service, housekeeping, customer service, retail, warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery services will be considered an advantage.
Applicants should be hardworking, honest, responsible, punctual, reliable, and willing to follow company policies and workplace procedures.
Candidates should have a positive attitude and be able to work respectfully with colleagues, supervisors, customers, and hotel guests.
