WORKING SCHEDULE

Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM

JOB OVERVIEW

 

As a Drink Assistant, the employee will support the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet.

 

The position involves direct interaction with customers and requires the employee to maintain good service standards while preparing drinks, handling orders, assisting with cashier duties, cleaning the workplace and restocking supplies.

 

The employee will work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure that the outlet operates smoothly and customers receive efficient service.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.

 

Provide friendly customer service throughout the customer’s visit.

Monitor stock levels throughout the shift.

 

Inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.

 

Assist with arranging and storing stock.
