A well established steakhouse restaurant located in Downtown Dubai is currently expanding its restaurant team and is looking for motivated professional responsible and hardworking candidates to fill several available positions.
This recruitment opportunity is open to candidates who have previous experience in the restaurant hospitality hotel cafe food and beverage or customer service industry. AVAILABLE POSITIONS
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Salary AED 6000 to AED 10000 per month
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the overall daily operation of the restaurant. The position requires strong leadership communication organizational and decision making skills.
Responsibilities include supervising restaurant employees coordinating daily operations monitoring service quality managing staff schedules supporting recruitment and training activities maintaining customer service standards handling guest concerns monitoring restaurant procedures coordinating with kitchen and service teams and ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently throughout the day.
The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant management experience and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. Candidates should be able to lead a diverse team maintain professional standards and handle busy restaurant operations effectively.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Salary AED 4500 to AED 7500 per month
The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the restaurant management team with daily operations and staff supervision.
Responsibilities may include supervising employees coordinating shifts monitoring service standards assisting with staff training supporting customer service operations checking restaurant cleanliness coordinating between front of house and kitchen teams assisting with customer complaints and ensuring that daily restaurant procedures are properly followed.

WAITER OR WAITRESS
Salary AED 2800 to AED 4500 per month

Main responsibilities include welcoming customers presenting menus explaining menu items taking food and beverage orders communicating orders accurately to the kitchen and bar serving meals and beverages checking customer satisfaction clearing tables maintaining dining areas and responding professionally to customer requests.
