General Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
– Must be currently inside the UAE.
– Immediate joiners will receive priority consideration.
– Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not mandatory for selected vacancies.
– High school diploma or equivalent is preferred for operational positions.
– Good English communication skills are an advantage.
– Basic computer knowledge is preferred for administrative positions.
– Strong teamwork and communication skills.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.
– Physically fit and able to perform assigned duties.
– Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.
– Able to follow company policies, food safety procedures, and workplace regulations.
– Delivery Driver applicants must possess a valid UAE Driving Licence and have a good driving record.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on the position and may include:
Receptionist
– Welcome visitors professionally.
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
– Maintain records and office documentation.
– Coordinate appointments and administrative tasks.
Production Supervisor
– Supervise production teams.
– Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
– Monitor employee performance and productivity.
– Maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
Dairy Processing Operator
– Operate production machinery safely.
– Prepare and process dairy products according to company standards.
– Monitor equipment performance.
– Report technical issues immediately.
Quality Controller
– Inspect raw materials and finished products.
– Conduct quality checks throughout production.
– Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
– Prepare quality reports.
Packing Helper
– Pack finished products accurately.
– Label products correctly.
– Maintain cleanliness in the packing area.
– Assist with daily production activities.
Warehouse Assistant
– Receive and organize inventory.
– Prepare orders for dispatch.
– Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
– Support inventory counting and stock management.
Storekeeper
– Maintain stock records.
– Monitor inventory levels.
