Job Responsibilities
Assist chefs and food production staff with daily kitchen operations.
Prepare vegetables, fruits, meat, and other food ingredients according to company procedures.
Wash, peel, slice, chop, and organize ingredients for food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
Ensure all food preparation areas comply with hygiene and sanitation standards.
Support food packing and catering production for international airline services.
Move ingredients and supplies between production sections when required.
Receive and organize food supplies delivered to the kitchen.
Store ingredients correctly following food safety guidelines.
Monitor cleanliness of refrigerators, storage rooms, and preparation areas.
Dispose of kitchen waste according to company procedures.
Follow all instructions from supervisors, chefs, and production managers.
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and airline delivery deadlines.
Assist with loading catering equipment when required.
Report damaged equipment or safety concerns immediately.
Maintain personal hygiene and wear the required protective clothing throughout every shift.
Cooperate with colleagues from different nationalities in a professional manner.
Perform additional duties assigned by management when necessary.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must be between 20 and 40 years old.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Able to stand for extended periods during work shifts.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, bakeries, food factories, or commercial kitchens is an advantage but not mandatory.
