Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

 

Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,600

 

A well-established Pistachio and Kunafa Ice Cream manufacturing company in Dubai is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join its production team as Production Packers. Previous experience is not required because comprehensive training will be provided by the company before employees begin their regular duties.

Job Responsibilities

 

Pack Pistachio and Kunafa Ice Cream products carefully according to company procedures and production standards.

 

Inspect every product to ensure it meets quality requirements before packaging and distribution.

 

Check packaging materials for cleanliness, accuracy, and proper sealing.

 

Apply product labels correctly and verify production dates, expiry dates, and batch numbers.

 

Arrange finished products into cartons and prepare them for storage or shipment.

 

Assist in organizing products inside cold storage areas while following company safety procedures.

 

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area in accordance with food safety regulations.

 

Follow all hygiene rules by wearing the required protective clothing and equipment.

 

Support the production team in meeting daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

 

Report damaged products, packaging defects, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.

 

Follow all company policies related to workplace safety, food handling, and quality assurance.

 

Requirements

 

Male or Female applicants are welcome.

 

Age between 21 and 45 years.

 

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

 

No previous work experience is required as full training will be provided.

 

Experience in food production, packaging, warehouse operations, or manufacturing will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

 

Able to work efficiently in a team environment.

 

Good communication and positive working attitude.

 

Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

 

Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods during working hours.

 

Able to work in a cold production environment.

 

Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and willing to follow company procedures.
